This policy explains what personal information MJ Living ("we") collects when you use www.mjliving.in, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Contact and delivery details you give us: name, email address, mobile number and delivery address.
- Account details: your email and a securely hashed password, or, if you sign in with Google, your basic Google profile (name, email address and profile ID).
- Order details: the products you order, prices, coupons used and the order status.
Why we use it
- To process, confirm, deliver and support your orders, and to send order emails and invoices.
- To run your account (sign-in, saved addresses, order history and tracking).
- To contact you about your order by phone, email or WhatsApp.
How we store and protect it
Your data is stored securely in Microsoft Azure. Passwords are never stored in readable form. Emails are sent through Zoho Mail. Access to order and customer data is limited to MJ Living staff who need it to fulfil orders.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share only what is needed to deliver your order (for example, your name, phone number and address with the courier) and to operate the services listed above.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices and deletion
You can view and update your profile and addresses in My account. To ask for a copy of your data or for your account and data to be deleted, email support@mjliving.in from the email address on your account. Some order records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
